Service states
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Operational | Working as expected, no known issues |
| Degraded performance | Working, but you may see higher latency |
| Partial outage | Some features or components are unavailable |
| Major outage | The service is unavailable or critical functions are lost |
Tip for developers
If the API misbehaves but the status page shows Operational, check your network, your API key and your Account ID header before contacting support. The Errors page lists every API error code.
